Fall River Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Longmont, Colorado.

The Longmont Housing Authority (LHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Fall River Apartments is closed.

The LHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 28, 2022, until further notice. There is no notice when this wait list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Emailed to [email protected]
2. Mailed to the LHA office.
3. Faxed to LHA
4. Dropped off in person to the LHA office

This wait list had the following preferences:

• Homeless
• Single persons that are elderly, displaced, homeless or a person with disabilities.
• Victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
