Lyon Homes 3 Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Baltimore County, Maryland.

The Baltimore County Office of Housing (BCOH) last accepted Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications at Lyon Homes 3 from the earliest confirmed open date of March 25, 2021, until December 31, 2021. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Live, work or have been hired to work in Baltimore County.
• The head of household has been terminated from the County’s Housing Choice Voucher Program due to insufficient program funding.
• The head of household is displaced either due to acquisition or demolition of their unit by Baltimore County Government, or in conjunction with County redevelopment efforts.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
