Shelby House and Chestnut Hill Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) last accepted Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Shelby House and Chestnut Hill Apartments from March 26, 2024, until April 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Shelby House - located in Nashville, TN.
• Chestnut Hill - located in Nashville, TN.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application that was available on the MDHA website.

500 selected applicants were placed on the Shelby House Apartment waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

500 selected applicants were placed on the Chestnut Hill Apartment waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
