Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB) is currently accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for senior, veteran, disabled & homeless, and emancipated foster youth households.

To apply, complete the online application here. American Gold Star Manor is for veterans, seniors (62+) and Gold Star Mothers (62+). Cabrillo Gateway is for homeless and disabled households by referral only. Long beach & 21st is for seniors (55+). Palace Apartments if for foster youths (18-23) in transition by referral only.
