Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Bemidji Minnesota Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Bemidji (HRAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAB offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAB to pick up a pre-application, located at  619 America Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, from 8:30 am until 4:30 am CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 444-4522, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRAB can be reached by calling (218) 444-4522 during normal office hours.
