Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Hibbing Minnesota Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Hibbing (HRAH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAH offers four Public Housing communities with 251 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAH to pick up a pre-application, located at 3115 7th Ave. E, Hibbing, MN 55746, from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 263-3661 from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HRAH does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Victim of domestic violence, employed at least 30 hours a week, elderly, disabled, or homeless.For more information, the HRAH can be reached by calling (218) 263-3661 from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
