Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Sleepy Eye Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Sleepy Eye (HRASE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRASE does not offer a Public Housing community for families.The HRASE offers one Public Housing community with 45 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRASE to pick up a pre-application, located at 313 4th Avenue SE, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 794-5101 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all assets, proof of all income, savings and checking account statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HRASE does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the HRASE can be reached by calling (507) 794-5101 during normal office hours.
