Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Melrose Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Melrose (HRACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRACM does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The HRACM offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply: 

1. Visit the HRACM to pick up a pre-application, located at 16 E 1st Street S, Melrose, MN 56352, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 320-256-4600 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRACM can be reached by calling (320) 256-4600 during normal office hours.
