3-Bedroom Duplex Clay County Affordable Housing, LLC Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Clay County Affordable Housing, LLC waiting list for 3-Bedroom Duplexes is currently open.

The CCHRA is accepting applications for this waiting list since at least October, 2021, until further notice.Please note: According to the CCHRA, "Applicants must meet the appropriate occupancy standards (minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 house[1]hold members) and income guidelines (less than $82,950) to qualify for them."

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Call the CCHRA at (218) 233-8883 to request an application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
