Jackson County, Oregon Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2017, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application here. The application is available in several languages.
2. Print the application online here. Select the "download this application" link in the "Housing Choice Voucher & Project Based Voucher" section.

Once the paper application has been completed, it can be:

1. Hand delivered to the HAJC office, located at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, OR 97501.
2. Mailed to the HAJC at the address above.
3. Faxed to (541) 857-1118.
4. Emailed to [email protected].

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time of pre-application submission.

The approximate wait time to receive a voucher, as of February 2020, is four to five years.
