1 and 2-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in San Marcos, Texas.

The San Marcos Housing Authority (SMHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of as of June, 2017, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application. 
2. Call the SMHA at (512) 353-5059 to request an application my mail.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in Hays County. 

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
