H.E.A.R.T.S offers a variety of services to residents in need such as referrals to area resources and emergency assistance with needs such as food, clothing , rent or utilities. These services are available to those that qualify when funds are available. Their office is available to assist you Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm.
Mission Statement: HEARTS, Inc. is a non-profit, non-denominational community outreach center located in Cleburne County working in collaboration with area churches, volunteers, businesses, and other agencies who are willing to give of their expertise, skills and resources to help people with short term needs reach long term success.
