Neighbor to Neighbor Loveland Office

Neighbor to Neighbor Loveland Office provides emergency financial assistance of up to $350 to prevent eligible Larimer County households from becoming homeless.  Documentation Neighbor to Neighbor requires to provide assistance  Includes U.S. Government issued Photo ID Proof that you owe current month's rent Current lease agreement One month's worth of most recent paystubs, or your most recent income verification statement.     NET (take-home) income must be at least two times your monthly rent.    A documented situation that was out of your control AND resolved that has put you behind in rent. Examples: temporary loss of income, car repair, one time medical expense, etc. Please note that a Neighbor to Neighbor Housing Counselor needs to assess your application and supporting documentation before determination of approval.
