Community Renewal Team- Middletown

Community Renewal Team offers a variety of programs and services to those in need within the community. Among these services is their Eviction/Foreclosure Prevention Program. This program provides help through Mediation, Grant funds for back rent and mortgages and Mortgage-holder agreements and payment rescheduling. Applicants must call for a pre appointment screening . Please contact them directly for more information. Their office is available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm to assist you.
