The Center For Family Services of Palm Beach County Belle Glade provides eligible homeless families with children emergency assistance including: Travelers aid Shelter Food Transportation Clothing Case management services An action plan will be developed through case management services in order to create linkage with other community resources to achieve self-sufficiency. Also provides rental and utility financial assistance when funds are available. ELIGIBILITY: Homeless families with children under 18, worked in the past (3) months or disability (mental/physical) receiving funds. INTAKE PROCEDURE: Contact by phone for appointment.
