Health and Human Services provides resources to assist with resolving human service needs to maintain or enhance residents' quality of life through state mandates, contracts, direct assistance, advocacy and grants. Services provided: Emergency prescription assistance Education and Advocacy Information and referrals for food, clothing, transportation, medical care, education, housing, financial assistance, and many other Human Service needs Access Community Platinum Partner (provides access and assistance in applying for Food Stamps, Medicaid, Cash Assistance). Prescription Assistance Program enrollments Grantee for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 program providing opportunities for home-ownership and income appropriate rentals.
