MAC House Wilmette

MAC House Wilmette provides a month to month rental relationship with residents.  It is expected that the homes and their contents will be treated with the care and respect. Residents are accountable for the occupied property and any missing or damaged contents. The homes are offered in the spirit of respect and good will.  Residents are expected to occupy their temporary homes in the same spirit.  Housing costs (rent and utilities) will be scaled in cost appropriate for each residents ability to pay. Costs will be determined by our partners under agreement with MAC House.  It is expected that all costs will be paid by the residents in a timely fashion (rent the 1st day of each month and utilities within 14 days of receiving all utility bills (water/electric/gas/etc). Failure to comply with the above will result in actions to have the residents removed. In the event of unsatisfactory resident behavior, MAC House reserves the right to terminate the month to month rental agreement with said resident.  Unsatisfactory behavior is a subjective term meaning those behaviors determined by our partners or MAC House to be unacceptable.  Residents are invited to live in MAC House residences at the good pleasure and without lease rights. Termination of the resident agreement is to be solely determined by MAC House with consultation from one of our partners.
