Community Caring Council - Hud supportive housing programthe supportive housing program is a federal grant program. It is designed to promote the development of housing and supportive services to assist homeless persons in the transition from streets and shelters to permanent housing and maximum self-sufficiency. Hours of Operation: Monday Thursday8:00 AM 11:45 AM; 1:15 PM 4:30 PM Friday  8:00 am 12:00 Noon
