Homelessness Prevention: Rental Arrears, Relocation & Utility Assistance ProgramThis program is for Essex County residents who have low income (not from public assistance) and have children. It is intended to assist people who are behind on the rent, need a security deposit, or are in danger of having their utilities shut off. They also offer utility assistance for Essex County residents. The Isaiah House Food Pantry is available to anyone in Essex County who is in need. Isaiah House also hosts Narcotics Anonymous meetings for the community. Call for meeting dates and times. Prenatal Outreach program provides referral to prenatal, pediatric and other medical care and services such as Women, Infants and Childrens Nutrition Program (WIC), Medicaid, Public Assistance, food pantries to Pregnant women, new mothers and their babies (up to one year of age) living in East Orange, Orange and the Roseville section of Newark.
