Town of Islip Community Development Agency

The Town of Islip Community Development Agency has an affordable housing program where eligible applicants will receive low interest rate financing, low down payments, no closing costs, and no application fee. Houses are available for direct sales or rent with the option to buy. They also have another rehabilitation program that helps homeowners make repairs to their homes with construction costs of up to a maximum of $50,000.
