North Country Ministry

North Country Ministry is a faith based, non-profit organization servicing people in the area. They offer a variety of services such as: Supportive Counseling Advocacy Referral Affordable Housing Food Pantry:  NCM's Warrens burg Food Pantry is open Wednesdays from 1-4 pm. Family Clothing Center Clothing is received, processed, and displayed at the Warrensburg Center.  (See Warrensburg Center page for details.) Furniture Barn:  Located in North Creek, the Furniture Barn provides donated, used furniture to anyone in need.  Please note the Furniture Barn will be closed from Dec. 5, 2015 until April 2016.  In case of an emergency, contact NCM at 518-251-4460 to make an appointment.Gathering Place:  On Tuesdays from September through June, NCM offers a home cooked lunch, along with hospitality and fellowship, at the First Presbyterian Church, Stewart Farrar Street, Warrensburg.  Emergency Assistance Fund:  Provides short term help with basic life needs (food, clothing, and gasoline)Parenting Support  The Baby's Place:  The Group meets the first three Tuesdays each month from 10-11:30 am at the Adirondack Community Outreach Center (2718 Route 28, Johnsburg).  The Group offers interactive educational play experiences for infants, toddlers, and their caregivers.Call to inquire about assistance.
