Rent payment assistance is available for Putnam County residents in need every 6 months. Putnam County Residents ONLY: Need is determined according to income, number in family, aid received from all sources, and health problems. Must show picture ID, Social Security cards and proof of Putnam County residency (piece of mail with name and address on it).
