For Food or Financial Assistance:Step 1 Call for an appointment. Clients information will be screened by a intake coordinator, and those who are eligible will be put on the waiting list to see a Social Worker. Step 2 Appointment Day On the day of your appointment bring your; Social Security Card Proof of Income (payroll check, food stamp letter, WIC, income tax refund, disability check, etc). Proof of Expenses (rent payment, utility bill, medical bill, etc). and any letters for further verification (eviction or utility cut off notice, tax forms, referral forms, etc). *An appointment does not guarantee that a client will receive assistance.
