Panhandle Community Services Amarillo provides: HUD rental assistance Home repairs Transportation (48 hours notice) Gas or electric bill payment assistance Families in training Retired and senior volunteer program Hours of Operation: Mondays thru Fridays  8:00am - 5:00pm First come first serve, limit 50 per day, bring all documents.
