Baytown Resource and Assistance Center

The Baytown Resource & Assistance Center provides vouchers for food, utilities, and rent. To be eligible you must reside in Baytown, Highlands, or west Chambers County, Low-income or unemployed.  Call for information Walk-ins area also accepted.
