CASSE - La Central

CASSE provides support for administrative and direct client services as leverage with other programs.  Assists migrants with utilities and other services; provides funds to provide loans for housing rehabilitation; provides funding for down payment assistance for first time home buyers; provides funding to help residents with utility bills limited funds for elderly only - 62 years and older, rent/mortgage payments on financial emergency basis Seasonal item: school supplies and shoes for elementary aged children. Eligibility:  All ages depending on need/situation/availability of agency funds, must show proof of migrant status. Fees:   Depends on service needed. Intake Procedure:   Call for information. Walk-ins accepted. Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 12 pm and 1pm to 5 pm
