Oleander Park Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Mobile, Alabama.

The Prichard Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for Near-Elderly (55+) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Oleander Park Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2020, until further notice.

Please note: The PHA website says "You must be 55 or older to apply."

To apply during the opening period, print the the application that is available online. Scroll down to the "Project Based Vouchers" section, and select the "Project-Based Application" link.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to the Oleander Park Apartments office, located at 7646 Cottage Hill Rd, Mobile, AL 36695.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
