Vista Campanario Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Camarillo, California.

The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Sudio,1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Vista Campanario Apartments on September 3, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $46,500 | 5 Persons $71,750
• 2 Persons $53,150 | 6 Persons $77,050
• 3 Persons $59,800 | 7 Person $82,350
• 4 Persons $66,400

This waiting list had the following preferences: Applicants living, working or hired to work within limit of the City of Camarillo.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
