Housing Authority of the County of Stanislaus Public Housing Waiting List

As of July 2017, the Stanislaus County Housing Authority (SCHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and elderly/disabled individuals.

The current wait time is approximately up to 10 years for public housing.

To apply, the application must be picked up at their office, located at: 1701 Robertson Rd., Modesto, CA 95351, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the above address.
