4-5 Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Oxnard Housing Authority (OHA) Public Housing waiting list for 4 and 5 bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 15, 2019, until an unconfirmed close date.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
