Courtyard at Penn Valley Other Project Based Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Courtyard at Penn Valley is currently open.

The RHA is accepting applications as of November, 2021, until further notice.

There are two apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the RHA office, located at 1455 Butte House Road, Yuba City, CA 95993.
