Roseville Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Roseville, California.

The Roseville Housing Authority (RHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based waiting list applications for Section 8 Project Based Voucher apartments from March 11, 2024, until March 22, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $37,550 | 5 Persons $57,900
• 2 Persons $42,900 | 6 Persons $62,200
• 3 Persons $48,250 | 7 Person $66,500
• 4 Persons $53,600 | 8 Persons $70,800

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Family Preference = 30 points 
  • Elderly, Disabled, Family with minor Children or Veteran
  • No family preference
• Residency Preference = 15 points
  • Resident (live or work within the cities of Roseville/Rocklin, at time of application, or at any time during the applicant’s term on the waiting list)  
  • Non-Resident
• Involuntarily Displaced Preference = 10 points 
  • Households that are currently involuntarily displaced or become displaced (at any time during the applicant’s term on the waiting list), and are not living in standard permanent replacement housing, due to the following actions: Disaster, Government Action (such as condemnation from the Building Department), Action of Housing Owner, Inaccessibility, Property Disposition.
  • Not subject to involuntary displacement action.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
