Fair Plaza Senior Complex, Esperanza Crossing Apartments, Blue Mountain Terrace and Walnut Terrace Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Woodland, Davis, Esparto and Winters, California.

The Yolo County Housing (YCH) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Fair Plaza Senior Complex, Esperanza Crossing Apartments, Blue Mountain Terrace and Walnut Terrace is currently open.

The YCH is accepting applications are being accepted from November 17, 2020, at 8:00 am PT, until February 28, 2023 at 5:00 pm PT.

This opening is for the following properties:

• Fair Plaza Senior complex, in Woodland: 1-bedroom units for persons age 55 and older
• Esperanza Crossing Apartments in Esparto: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units
• Blue Mountain Terrace in Winters: 1 and 2 bedroom units for seniors age 62 and older
• Walnut Terrace in Davis: 1-bedroom units for seniors age 62 and older

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application available in English here, in Spanish here, and in Russian here.
2. Persons who do not have Internet access may apply at one of the sites listed below, by appointment only:

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Live and/or work in Yolo County
• Displaced by government action through no fault of your own
• U.S. Veteran or the surviving spouse a U.S. Veteran
• Household contains at least one adult member who has worked for six months or is currently receiving unemployment benefits
• Head or spouse permanently disabled OR 62 years of age or older

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
