Bonnie Acres, JFK Apartments and Gaylord Tower Apartments, 1-Bedroom, Elderly/Non-Elderly Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Bristol, Connecticut .

The Housing Authority of the City of Bristol (BHA) last accepted Elderly/Non-Elderly Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Bonnie Acres, JFK Apartments and Gaylord Tower Apartments from December 27, 2023, until January 5, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $66,150 | 3 Persons $85,050
• 2 Persons $75,600 | 

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly
• Non-elderly
• Disabled
• Veterans
• Homeless
• Victims of domestic violence
• Overcrowding
• Live or work in Bristol
• Displaced due to natural disaster

300 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
