Komanetsky Estates Senior Congregate Housing Other Senior Waiting List

The Bristol Housing Authority (BHA) Senior Congregate Housing waiting list for Komanetsky Estates is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 10, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the BHA, the eligibility requirements were:

• "Residents that are 62 years or older and have temporary or permanent difficulties with one or more essential activities of daily living."

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the Komanetsky Estates office.
3. Call the BHA to request an application by mail.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the Komanetsky Estates office.
2. Faxed to the BHA.
3. Emailed to the BHA.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $55,950

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
