Yale Acres Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Meriden, Connecticut.

The Meriden Housing Authority (MHA) waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Project Based Voucher apartments at Yale Acres is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 9, 2020, until June 11, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening time, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The income limits per each household size were as follows:

• 1 person - $35,950 | 4 persons - $51,300
• 2 persons - $41,050 | 5 persons - $55,450
• 3 persons - $46,200 | 6 persons - $59,550

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
