McCown Towers and Annex Apartments Other Senior and Disabled Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior and Disabled rental housing assistance in Sarasota, Florida.

The Sarasota Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled Multi-Family Program waiting list applications for McCown Towers and Annex Apartments from November 13, 2023, until November 16, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• McCown Towers/ Annex located in Sarasota, FL.

There were four ways to apply while the waitlist is open,

1. Print the paper application. 
2. Pick up an application in person at the SHA office.
3. Complete the application in person at the SHA office.
4. Mail a letter to the SHA office to request an application be mailed.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Mailed to the Sarasota Housing Authority.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
