The Volusia County Community Assistance Division (VCCAD) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 30, 2020 until 250 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the VCCAD, this waiting list is "for non-elderly disabled individuals/families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless. To qualify for the available preferences, individuals and families must provide supportive documentation of age and disability."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
