This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Dededo, Guam.

The Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority (GHURA) last accepted Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Summer Town Estates from May 1, 2024, until May 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $31,100
• 2 Persons $35,550
• 3 Persons $40,000
• 4 Persons $44,400

Preferences have not been confirmed.
