Multi-County, Idaho Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Southwestern Idaho Cooperative Housing Authority (SICHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for all counties is currently open, since at least March 1, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print, the application online. Scroll down below the list of counties, and select the application link. The application is available in English and Spanish.
2. Pick up an application at one of the SICHA offices listed here.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the SICHA main office, located at 377 Cornell Street, Middleton, ID 83644,
2. Mailed to SICHA at the address above.
3. Emailed to [email protected].
4. Faxed to (208) 585-9326.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

There are no preferences.
