Quincy Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Quincy Housing Authority (QHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 13, 2028, until further notice.There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application from the QHA office located at 540 Harrison St., Quincy, IL 62301.
2. Call (217) 222-0720 to request an application be mailed.
3. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

1. Hand deliver it to the QHA office, address mentioned above, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
