This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Fresno, California.

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at Promesa Commons from August 16, 2023, until September 6, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the FHA office to request an application.
3. Pick up an application at the FHA office.

One the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Hand delivered to the FHA office.
2. Postmarked by September 6, 2023 and mailed to the FHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
