Fairbanks, Alaska Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications since at least February, 2018, until further notice.

There were two ways to apply during the opening:

1. Download and print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application at the Fairbanks Family Investment Center.

Once the application was completed, it was to be mailed or hand delivered to the Fairbanks Family Investment Center.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
