This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Fayette County, Kentucky.

The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 24, 2023, until April 28, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Families who are displaced by LHA action
• Eligible Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) participants
• Veterans
• Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing participants
• Special Partner program participants
• Mainstream participants
• Resident of Kentucky

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
