Madisonville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Madisonville Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The one bedroom waiting list is currently closed. Senior/disabled households can apply for a two bedroom if they qualify.The MHA offers one Public Housing community with 186 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 211 Pride Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security cards for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the MHA website, or call the office at (270) 821-5517 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
