St. Clair Shores Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The St. Clair Shores Housing Commission (SCSHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SCSHC offers one Pubic Housing community with 250 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the SCSHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 1000 Blossom Heath Blvd., St. Clair Shores, MI 48080, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download the online pre-application here, then print and complete.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above, or faxed to (586) 776-8281. No documents are needed at this time.The SCSHC does have a preference for: live and/or work in the City of St. Clair Shores, and working 20 or more hours a week.For more information, visit the SCSHC website, or call the office at (586) 773-9200 from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
