State Aided Family Housing Other Project Based Waiting List

The Falmouth Housing Authority (FHA) State Aided Family Housing (Chapter 705) waiting list for 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 11, 2015 at 9:00 am, until August 10, 2015 at 4:30 pm ET.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application that is available online. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the link under the paragraph about the "705 program."
2. Complete the application at the FHA office, located at 115 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, Massachusetts, 02540; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm; and Wednesdays 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
3. Call (508) 548-1977 to request an application by mail.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
