Eastpointe Housing Commission Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Eastpointe Housing Commission (EHC) Senior (50+) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Chester Berry and Erin Manor is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on June 15, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the EHC to request an application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Eastpointe resident
• Elderly (62+)
