The Red Wing Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RWHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on a limited basis. This waiting list opened on April 11, 2016, and is open indefinitely. It was last open in October 2014.Please note: According to the RWHRA, the office "is now accepting applications for the Section 8 program only for families eligible for the Red Wing HRA residency preference. Families wishing to apply for the Section 8 program are required to complete the online application and submit proof of residency. The housing office will request documentation of the residency preference at the time application is received.
