Multi-County, Missouri Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Shelby, and Warren County; including Farber and Vandalia; and excluding Hannibal.

The Lincoln County Public Housing Agency (LCPHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of March 21, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Live or work in the counties served, elderly, disabled.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
